Are the sessions held indoors or outdoors?

The majority of our Mini Kickz sessions are held indoors however this could vary depending on location.  You can find more details in the information section of each individual session/location when searching for your session using our ‘Find Your Session’ function.

What does the session entail?

Upon arrival, you will receive a warm greeting from the coach and will also welcome you with a football offering a period of free time to play and become comfortable in the surroundings. The session is then made up of a series of specific structured fun, engaging group games ensuring that all children are involved throughout.  Our Mini Kickz sessions always end with a period of free time for the children to enjoy using different pieces of football related equipment.

Are parents/guardians required to participate?

We fully encourage adult participation to be a helping hand to your child throughout the session.

What should my child wear/bring?

Children should attend in comfortable clothing suitable for activity along with flat shoes/trainers (no open toed footwear). Please ensure that children attend with a drink (non fizzy) and of course, a BIG SMILE!

Do I need to sign up to attend a session?

No formal sign-up or membership is required! We operate a flexible pay-as-you-go system, so you can simply book your session online whenever it suits you. It’s quick, easy, and gives you the freedom to attend as often as you like without any long-term commitment.

Are the sessions held indoors or outdoors?

Generally the Mega Kickz sessions are held outdoors on all weather pitches.  This could vary depending on location/venue where some sessions may take place either on grass or indoors.  Please check the session detail given on the session information which you are looking to attend.

Can my 4 year old attend?

Mega Kickz sessions are designed for children who have started school.  For those who are 4 years old and haven’t started school, please speak to your local 1st Touch Football Kickz provider who will be more than happy to advise which session is best suited for your child.

Are parents/guardians required to stay and watch?

Yes.  Parents/guardians must be present at all times while their child attends our Mega Kickz sessions.

What should my child wear/bring?

Children should attend in suitable sports clothing for the location/venue where your session is to be held.  Shin Pads must be worn at all Mega Kickz sessions. Trainers or Astro turf trainers can be worn both indoors and outdoors.  Some all weather pitches may allow moulded/firm ground football boots top be worn (please check in the session information when booking). Children should attend with a drink (non fizzy)

Where is the football day camp held?

This will be specific to each location/venue. You can find more details in the information section of each individual day camp location when searching for your session using our ‘Find Your Session’ function.

How do I book a place for my child?

Use our ‘Find Your Session’ or ‘Book A Session’ function and search for your local Day Camp.  You will then be able to book your place using our booking system.

What should my child bring to the camp?

Children should attend in suitable sports clothing for the location/venue where your session is to be held.  Shin Pads must be worn at all Half Term Day Camps. Trainers or Astro turf trainers can be worn both indoors and outdoors.  Some all weather pitches may allow moulded/firm ground football boots top be worn (please check in the information provided when booking).

What happens in case of bad weather?

As some of our locations/venues are able to provide both indoor and outdoor facilities, please check the information provided by your local Day Camp which you plan to attend.

How do I book or enquire about a birthday party?

Please use the ‘Our Party Locations’ search function to find your local provider.  Then complete the ‘Contact Us’ form regarding your party enquiry.  Your local provider will then make contact with you to discuss your party requirements and options whilst also providing potential dates and times.

How long is the birthday party?

With various party packages on offer, the party time ranges between 60-90 minutes. Please use the ‘Our Party Locations’ search function to find and contact your local provider about our range of party packages.

Will the party be indoors or outdoors?

This could vary depending on package/location/venue. Please use the ‘Our Party Locations’ search function to find and contact your local provider about our range of party packages and options.

Can you supply food and drink?

We are unable to provide food and drink options for your party.  Your package may offer you the opportunity to provide your own food and drink, contact your local provider.

What are the payment methods for booking a party?

To secure your party booking you will be provided unique access to our booking system where you will be able to book your party slot. To complete your booking, you will then be required to pay a 50% non refundable security deposit.  The remaining balance will then be due for payment no later than 7 days prior to your party date which will be completed through the booking system.
