BECOME A 1ST TOUCH FOOTBALL KICKZ COACH
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and confident people to join the 1st Touch Football Kickz coaching team and help us inspire the next generation through football.
As we continue to grow our Mini Kickz programme and introduce additional sessions across the local area, we’re looking for Lead Coaches and Assistant Coaches who can bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every session.
Our Mini Kickz sessions introduce preschool aged children from 18 months to football through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. More than just football, our sessions are about helping young children build confidence, develop new skills, make friends and enjoy being active.
You don’t necessarily need years of coaching experience to join us. While previous coaching experience and qualifications are beneficial—particularly for Lead Coach roles—we’re equally interested in finding the right people: individuals who are dependable, great with children and passionate about creating positive experiences.

LEAD
COACHES
Take responsibility for delivering engaging, high-energy Mini Kickz sessions and creating a positive experience for every child and parent. We’re looking for confident coaches who can lead sessions, communicate well and represent 1st Touch Football Kickz to a high standard.
ASSISTANT COACHES
Support our Lead Coaches in delivering fun, safe and engaging sessions for our youngest players. This could be a great opportunity to gain coaching experience, develop your skills and become part of a growing football coaching team.
