Our Kickz Pay As You Go ticket is the most flexible booking option we offer – perfect for busy families or those who prefer to book week-to-week.

This option allows you to book a single class at a time, or if you prefer, you can book multiple upcoming sessions in one transaction, giving you the freedom to choose sessions that best suit your schedule, without the need to commit to a block or package.

Key features:

• Book just one session at a time – no upfront commitment required.
• You can book for multiple classes or multiple children in one transaction using this method.
• Bookings can be made right up until the session start time, subject to availability.

This is the ideal option if you’re:

• Trying out a session for the first time
• Looking for complete flexibility
• Unable to commit to a regular weekly slot

PASS DETAILS

Our FlexiKickz Pass is the perfect option for families looking for flexibility and value. This pass gives you access to 10 Mini Kickz or Mega Kickz football sessions at a specific venue or venues within a designated area – the area or venue will be clearly stated in the pass title and details when purchasing.

When purchasing this pass, you’ll pay upfront for 10 sessions at a discounted rate, saving you money compared to paying for each session individually. To activate the pass, you simply choose your first session date at the time of purchase.  You are not required to book all 10 sessions upon purchasing your pass.  You are also able to book more than one player on to a session, meaning it is a fantastic option for those who have siblings that attend our sessions.

Once activated, you’ll have 120 days from that first booked session to use all 10 sessions. Booking each session is easy – just log into the booking system using the same email address used for the original pass purchase. The system will automatically recognise your pass and deduct a session each time you book.

Please note:

• The pass is valid only at the stated venue(s) within the pass details and cannot be transferred.
• All sessions must be used before the 120-day expiry – no extensions, refunds, or exchanges can be given.
• Unused sessions cannot be converted to cash or credited.

This is a great choice if you want to secure your place each week while enjoying the flexibility to book around your schedule!

BUYING YOUR PASS

To purchase your pass, simply find your session location/venue via ‘Book a session’ – the pass option for your chosen session can be found under the ‘Tickets’ area for a specific date & timed session.  Once you have selected your pass of choice, you must book your first session to be able to complete your purchase.  This booked session will also be the activation date of your pass.

The Kickz4Pass is a great way to secure your child’s spot for 4 sessions across 4 weeks of football fun while enjoying a built-in discount!

This pass gives you a reduced rate when you book four consecutive weekly classes at the same venue, on the same day and time each week – perfect for families who love routine and want to save.

Here’s how it works:

• Book 4 sessions in one transaction – all at the same venue, day, and time.
• The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying sessions are selected.
• The standard Kickz pay-as-you-go price will show at first, but your discounted total will appear in your basket when the system recognises your eligible booking.

Important details:

• This offer is valid for one individual player only and cannot be shared.
• The 4 sessions must be consecutive weeks (e.g. Mondays at 4pm for 4 weeks).
• Bookings that do not meet these criteria (e.g. different days, times, venues, or gaps between weeks) will not qualify for the discount.
• Any extra sessions booked beyond the 4 will be charged at the usual pay-as-you-go rate.

The Kickz4Pass is ideal for regular attendees who want to plan ahead and enjoy automatic savings — no codes, no fuss!

If a Kickz session is fully booked, you’ll have the option to add yourself to the waiting list. Please take a moment to read how our waiting lists operate:

• Session-specific only
  Waiting lists apply only to the specific session, date, and time selected. Joining a waiting list does not carry over to other sessions.
• No spaces released within 24 hours of the session
  Please note that spaces will not become available within the final 24 hours before the session start time.
• Automatic email notifications
  If a space becomes available, those on the waiting list will be automatically notified by email.
  The email will include a direct booking link, giving you exclusive access for a short period of time to secure the space.
• Waiting lists reset after the session
  Once a session has passed, you will automatically be removed from the waiting list.
  If another session is fully booked, you will need to add yourself to that specific waiting list separately — this is not an automatic process.
• Do not attend unless booked
  Please do not turn up to a session if you are on the waiting list unless you have successfully completed a booking.
  All participants must be booked online and have received a booking confirmation email to attend.
• Booking confirmation is essential
  A booking is only complete once:
  • A booking confirmation message is displayed, and
  • A confirmation email has been received
